Description
A Pine Warbler, setophaga pinus, eagerly, yet cautiously take a meal worm from my hand. What started as a cautious adventure for both human and bird, has developed into a daily feeding ritual of hand feeding meal worms. I wonder if this little one tells all his bird friends of his adventures and can now confirm he has seen and come in contact with Big Foot:)
I absolutely love when nature shows up in random, unexpected ways to delight us humans - calling us back to take notice of All That Is - the beauty of nature.

Yes it was John! Thank you so very much! While "the professionals" say Pine Warblers are in my area year around, I only see them during the winter time. Two just arrived last week! YAY!:)

Incredible. First, It is a beautiful image. Second I'm blown away to see you hand feeding a warbler. Chickadees, nuthatches, and finches I've seen (and done) but never a warbler! Amazing.
